Garmin GPSMAP 520 Chartplotter
Garmin GPSMAP 520 is for mariners with a keen eye for value. The versatile 520-series plotters deliver a lot of navigation for the money. The Garmin GPSMAP 520 features a bright 5” QVGA color displays, worldwide satellite imagery and a new simplified user interface. Like all Garmin plotters, they utilize WAAS/EGNOS-enabled GPS receivers for extreme high accuracy (typically within 3 meters).

With just a few buttons and a simple, intuitive interface, the GPSMAP 520 makes navigating virtually effortless. And instead of a traditional basemap, the 520 has a basemap of worldwide satellite images. It also has an SD card slot so you can add additional detailed maps without connecting to a computer.
Plug in optional BlueChart g2 Vision cards to add true 3D-view detailed mapping capabilities (both above and below the waterline), plus helpful auto guidance, high-resolution photomapping detail, and “real picture” aerial photos of ports, harbors,marinas, waterways, navigation landmarks and other points of interest.
