7. Return Policy
We accept returns up to 25 days from the date the item ships. The item must be
in unused and resalable condition, and must be returned in its original
packaging along with all original parts. Please contact us first at returns@lakepowellmarineelectronics.com
to obtain a Return Authorization Number, as well as return instructions.
Due to fees charged to us by our merchant account provider, we must assess a
return fee of 5%, or the shipping charge - whichever is higher, for all returns
that do not involve a defective unit. We do not want to assess this fee, but we
lose time and money if we do not.

Any item shipped to a Utah address can expect to pay local sales tax, depending
on which county you live in. No tax will be applied to ANY item shipped outside
of Utah.

11. When should I expect delivery?
You will receive a Tracking Number as soon as we receive it from our carriers.
Virtually all our products leave the warehouse by the next business day after
you order; many times it's the same day. After the product leaves the warehouse,
standard UPS/FedEx/DHL shipping times apply. Depending on your location and the
volume being handled by our carriers at the time, is from three to seven
business days within the USA, longer for international shipments.
