Retailers are not allowed to charge less than Garmin's determined amount. To counteract this anti-competitive pricing, Lake Powell has come up with a creative solution - free overnight shipping and a very nice sized gift card which easily compensates for the difference between what Garmin forces them to charge and what Lake Powell was originally charging.
